Bidders are put on notice that pre-qualification with the State of New Jersey, or any agency or subdivision thereof, may or may not serve as a basis to qualify the bidder for the award of services stated herein. Bidders shall be experienced in the type of work to be performed, shall have the necessary equipment, and shall possess sufficient capital to properly execute the work within the time allowed. Pre-qualification to bid is usually not required, unless specifically identified therein. Bidders are required to provide evidence of competency to perform work by completing Bidder’s Qualification information in the Bid Format & Content Requirement section of the Bid documents.
