Todd W. Kratzer, P.E. 

Senior Watershed Protection Specialist 

Watershed Protection Programs Unit

New Jersey Water Supply Authority

Todd earned his Bachelor of Science in  Environmental Resource Management from The Pennsylvania State University.  He went on earn his Master of Environmental Pollution Control from The Pennsylvania State University.

Todd's areas of expertise include the development of scientifically valid watershed management plans, including water quality monitoring and modeling programs for providing assessments and reduction strategies for anthropogenic loadings of solids, nutrients, and bacteria to protect the Authority’s source-water supplies.

 

Currently, Todd manages the  Lockatong and Wickecheoke Creek Watersheds Restoration and Protection Project, and the  Manasquan River Nonpoint Source Identification Project.
