Tara graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources Planning and Interpretation from Humboldt State University, located in Arcata, California.

Tara assists with the analysis of watershed conditions, the characterization and assessment of watersheds, the implementation of watershed management/protection projects to remedy or prevent water resource impairment, the development of water resource management plans, and public out reach and education.  She is also responsible for the collection and analysis of water resources, land use, geographic and demographic data and information through field studies and research, and assists in the preparation of reports.
