Jen earned her Master of Geography, from State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany, and her Master of Regional Planning, State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany.

Jen's areas of expertise include characterization and assessment of watershed using spatial and statistical information, GIS application in watershed and water quality protection.

Jen currently is responsible for developing characterization and assessment reports for several watershed areas, spatial data creation, development, update and analysis related to watershed protection projects and environmental planning projects.  She also manages and maintains the server at NJWSA.
